NEWOTRAK is a Windows-based scheduling and tracking program designed with you in mind.  This software program is user-friendly and takes minutes to learn its functionality.   

NEWOTRAK is designed mainly for: Alcohol & Drug Treatment, Domestic Violence and other Treatment Programs, using client tracking and scheduling.  However, is not limited to the Treatment field and can be customized for other types of businesses which require the ability to schedule and track a client base.

FUNCTIONALITY:

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly events.
• Maintain demographics on entire client base.
• Track all charges, fee payments, credits, debits and automatically balance.
• Schedule your groups or classes, add attendance and payments at the same time and print out easy-to-read attendance logs.
• Automatically schedule all monitoring (i.e.  breath testing and urine screening with any frequency, choose specific genders for testing on specific days if needed. Block out for holidays. Manually add a test if needed.  New clients are automatically scheduled for the remainder of the month from their client screen.
• Enter all monitoring attendance, test results, charges and payments, simultaneously.
• Print out, or e-mail, up to the minute progress reports, payment history, notification of enrollment report and monitoring calendar.
• Critical data automatically queries to reports.
• Auto-format fields
• Client screens open to non-edit mode to avoid unintentionally scrolling to a different client (i.e. returning to a task that has been interrupted and making entries in the wrong screen).
• Active and Inactive client screens can be opened separately (i.e. opening client screen will automatically default to all active clients).
• Ability to select your own company logo to show on your reports.
